The P in MEPO stands for Peace.

The purpose and meaning of MEPO’s existence is about more than just clinics and health camps and schools, although those activities are so vital to the well-being of our fellow human beings that we often concentrate our efforts there.But all of these efforts will be less meaningful if there is not the deep aim of peace accompanying and supporting them.

With this in mind, MEPO also shares messages of peace and justice and compassion whenever possible, both in response to world events and as a background for a life of compassion and caring and individual responsibility.
